1928 Ford RPU done in late 50's style. No corners were cut in the construction of this hot rod, it is safe and solid. You can view the build online, email your email address and ill send the link. A quick run down; Titled as a 1928 Ford truck with clear CA title. Custom Z'ed frame (2x3 1/8 wall), Front end is 40 ford with juice brakes and split bones, all tierods, kingpins, brake and fuel lines are new (this entire build is new construction with some old tin, no rusted parts here). Rear suspension is chevy 10 bolt (4 link with panhard bar), with 3:07 gears and alum buick drums. No problem doing freeway speeds. Drivetrain is 350/350 with 3 rochester 2g's (only running on single now) open lake headers. Has mallory electronic conversion, useing single point dist. houseing. Dash is 49 shoebox ford. gear selector is 36 ford parking brake handle. Floor and tranny tunnel are solid 18 gauge construction. Paint is single stage metallic gold/satin finish. Pinstriped by socal's finest SKRATCH. Interior is white tuck/roll using boat type vinyl, carpet is late 50's black with gold tinsel. Some of the pics show a soft bed cover, it has no cover now. Headlights/Hi beams/tailights/brakelights all work with new wiring througout. Heres your chance to own a very well known hot rod. Was featured in Hot Rod Havoc II and has appeared in many magazines.
