Winter project!! I've had this one 3 years and not touched it, so it needs to go. Sad to me, but I have other projects I'd like to focus on. This is a 28 or 29 sedan-turned-pickup, done properly with the rear cab panel off a pickup nailed into place like originally done. REAL good body, rust-wise, with only the lower cowl panels showing rot(not too bad either) Windshield cracked, but I have another piece of glass that goes with it. Roof wood was new when I got it, but I let it sit outside and it's pretty much trashed....but easy to replace. NEW fiberglass fenders, steel aprons(rusty from sitting around)good used running boards. Bed is a bit rusty, but useable, and I think is a 30-31 or maybe ???--the subrails are narrower than the frame. Easy fix. Original fenders are rough, but there. Frame is a stocker, with a Super bell 4" dropped axle. Split bones, bungs welded in, brackets new in the box. Shock mounts new in the boxes. New perches. The rear...well, it's a mess. Looks to be an 8" Ford with bones welded to it, and the spring ends cut off and welded back---total mess. Steering is also a mess, with scary pieces welded to the box(stocker?) Engine--- I was told it was a later model Ford Ranger 2.3 hooked to an auto trans and that's what it looks like. I was told it ran before I got it, and have no reason to believe otherwise, since it's all wired up---but no guarantees. There's also a big pile of parts, including what looks like most of the stuff to do juice brakes on the front, new tail lights, headlight rings, etc etc. Comes with 1928 New York paperwork(not a tag receipt, but a registration--I've been assured this will work.)
