Ford : Model A Model “A” 1930 Ford Picture(s) and Description:

This auction is for a 1930 five window Ford Model A rumble seat coupe. I bought it several months ago and have enjoyed the car. I am disable and can't give it the TLC it deserves I am wheelchair bound and not able to get in the car and I think it is time to part with it, the "A" is very nice and most any one would be proud to own it. I haven't had any repairs made on the car, it was in top condition when I purchased it. The car hasn't been driven more than twenty five miles since I bought it and I have to get my cousin to drive it for me to keep the oil circulating in the engine, the last time it was started we had to charge the battery it was to weak to start however after running about fifteen minutes it started several times with no problem. The car has sat in storage several months without being started. This "A" is a driver, it is not a show car, nor is it 100% original. But it looks very good, as you can see from the pictures, runs good and my cousin tells me it is a good driving car, my cousin is a antique car collector. The body appears to be original and steel, The color is two tone blue with black fenders and running boards as you can see. The car has a windshield wiper motor but no arm or wiper blade, I can see two minor chips on the right rear fender and a small scratch on the passenger door. It's a solid, respectable driver. Ready to drive down the road and enjoy in parades and car shows. I am told it turns a lot of heads and folks like to look at it especially the folks at the retirement center where I live. The car is located in Laurens SC 29360 and I welcome bidders to come and look the car over or have a professional inspect the vehicle. Just give me a call at 864 681 4443 of email me at rbaber@prtcnet.com Vehicle was inspected by previous owner about two years ago. I require a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit within 24 hours and full payment within 5 days in the form of wire transfer to my bank or certified check. I'm familiar with eBay scams that sometimes go on, so the vehicle doesn't leave until certified payment has cleared the bank it's drawn on.All payment must be cleared prior vehicle leaving my possession. I recommend the car be transported in an enclosed trailer, I would hate to see a nice car like this transported on an open car carrier. I have tried to describe the car to the best of my ability and not hide any thing, If I was in good health I would never sell this car for I am a lover of "A" models. The sale is as is where is with no guarantees no warranty of any kind and once the vehicle is loaded or driver takes possession the car belongs the successful bidder.
