Original rust free car, has been totally restored to the level of the highest quality driver car. This is a car that can be used and enjoyed, with confidence that all mechanical system have been rebuilt. The Factory AC system is rebuilt and blows ice cold. There is not one speck of rust on the entire car! It runs very strong, and everything works like Jaguar designed it. The 4.2 engine pulls strongly to redline, does not smoke, and shifts very smoothly. The engine’s throaty roar is unique to a Jag; once heard you’ll never forget it, as it resonates through a complete new stainless steel exhaust system. It corners like on rails, and is very tight and responsive. I had it up to 100 mph and it was awesome. Rust free XKE’s coupes are getting hard to find, and are the next collectible Jaguars. Body: -Car was completely rotisserie restored from a rust free car. -Color is Signal Red, base coat clear coat, and wet sanded. I would rate the paint an 8.5 out of 10. A few tiny imperfections, but nothing to detract from the overall appearance of a new car. -There is not one area of rust on the body or undercarriage. -Floors, Jack points, Frame, Fenders, Doors, Shock mounts, Rocker panels are all rust free, a totally solid car. -Bumpers are in very good un-hit condition. -Glass in very good condition, no pits or scratches. -New front window. -All new rubber weather-stripping and window seals -New Coker classic red-line tires, on nice wire wheels Mechanical: -Car drives very strong, very solid feel, goes down the road straight and smooth. Had it up to 100 mph and it was totally comfortable, it felt like 70mph! -4 wheel disc brakes are awesome, all rebuilt. -Engine starts and runs smoothly, no smoke out tailpipe, revs smoothly to redline. Uses no oil, and leaks no oil! -Engine rebuilt with new pistons, rings, gaskets & plugs. -Complete valve job. -Transmission shifts very smoothly. -Front suspension fully rebuilt. -Rear suspension overhauled and rebuilt. -New shocks. -New brake master cylinder. -Brake servo rebuilt. -New brake hoses, pads, rotors. -AC modified to current R134 refrigerant. -Radiator cleaned and rebuilt. -Exhaust manifolds re-porcelained. -New stainless steel exhaust system sounds awesome! -New points, plugs, wires, cap, condenser and rotor. Interior: -Black Leather seats in excellent original condition. -Leather is soft and seats very comfortable, no tears in leather. -Rear trunk area is new leather, mint condition. -New headliner from SNG Barratt is installed. -Door panels are excellent. -Dash gauges all work fine. -All lights work fine: turn signals, exterior and interior. -Heater and Air Conditioner work great, new drier, hoses and condenser coil. -Sony Stereo and CD changer in trunk -Carpet and floor mats are new -Dash is in mint condition, no cracks. -Have original owner’s manual. You will not find many Jaguar XKE 2+2’s in this condition, excellent in every way. Original rust free car, has been totally restored to the level of the highest quality driver car. This is a car that can be used and enjoyed, with confidence that all mechanical system have been rebuilt. The Factory AC system is rebuilt and blows ice cold. There is not one speck of rust on the entire car!

It runs very strong, and everything works like Jaguar designed it. The 4.2 engine pulls strongly to redline, does not smoke, and shifts very smoothly. The engine’s throaty roar is unique to a Jag; once heard you’ll never forget it, as it resonates through a complete new stainless steel exhaust system. It corners like on rails, and is very tight and responsive. I had it up to 100 mph and it was awesome.

Body:

-Car was completely rotisserie restored from a rust free car.

-Color is Signal Red, base coat clear coat, and wet sanded. I would rate the paint an 8.5 out of 10. A few tiny imperfections, but nothing to detract from the overall appearance of a new car.

-There is not one area of rust on the body or undercarriage.

-Floors, Jack points, Frame, Fenders, Doors, Shock mounts, Rocker panels are all rust free, a totally solid car.

-Bumpers are in very good un-hit condition.

-Glass in very good condition, no pits or scratches.

-New front window.

-All new rubber weather-stripping and window seals

-New Coker classic red-line tires, on nice wire wheels

Mechanical:

-Car drives very strong, very solid feel, goes down the road straight and smooth. Had it up to 100 mph and it was totally comfortable, it felt like 70mph!

-4 wheel disc brakes are awesome, all rebuilt.

-Engine starts and runs smoothly, no smoke out tailpipe, revs smoothly to redline. Uses no oil, and leaks no oil!

-Engine rebuilt with new pistons, rings, gaskets & plugs.

-Complete valve job.

-Transmission shifts very smoothly.

-Front suspension fully rebuilt.

-Rear suspension overhauled and rebuilt.

-New shocks.

-New brake master cylinder.

-Brake servo rebuilt.

-New brake hoses, pads, rotors.

-AC modified to current R134 refrigerant.

-Radiator cleaned and rebuilt.

-Exhaust manifolds re-porcelained.

-New stainless steel exhaust system sounds awesome!

-New points, plugs, wires, cap, condenser and rotor.

Interior:

-Black Leather seats in excellent original condition.

-Leather is soft and seats very comfortable, no tears in leather.

-Rear trunk area is new leather, mint condition.

-New headliner from SNG Barratt is installed.

-Door panels are excellent.

-Dash gauges all work fine.

-All lights work fine: turn signals, exterior and interior.

-Heater and Air Conditioner work great, new drier, hoses and condenser coil.
